  • Developed and deployed whole-genome sequencing analysis pipelines with Snakemake and Nextflow for rapid nationwide surveillance and research of measles and mumps.

  • Built a cloud-based ETL pipeline with Azure Data Factory and Databricks to automate quality assessment of >100 molecular laboratories worldwide.

  • Created an interactive RShiny dashboard to visualize a global measles sequence database (MeaNS2). Used Javascript libraries D3 and Highcharts to display phylogenetic trees and geographic map plots.
